Now here's what the website says:
There is a single life-time membership fee of US $2 ! There are no other hidden fees.
Why would I believe there are no other hidden fees when you've already lied to me? It's not $1, it's $2. So it's a scam, and I think it's illegal. I suppose since it's just a dollar difference, this scammer thinks it's alright. Not me, a scam is a scam.

This is my ad above. It is NOT a scam. They clearly state the extra $1.00 is for paypal fees, after all, a $1.00 joining fee will earn almost no any money, if fees are not included. I personally know people who have earnt from this. I have earnt, but not withdrawn, due to PP fees for small amounts.
